By using PRINTAIA, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing any order.
1. Service Agreement
PRINTAIA provides an AI-assisted print-on-demand platform for customers in Iraq. We process your design files and coordinate with local printing partners to deliver high-quality physical products directly to your location.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their uploaded files and the content of their designs. PRINTAIA is not liable for any errors or omissions in user-submitted materials. You must ensure all designs comply with local Iraqi regulations and safety standards.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon successful delivery, the physical product becomes the sole property of the customer. PRINTAIA retains all rights to the AI-assisted processing software and the platform interface, but does not claim ownership of the user's original creative work.
4. Limitation of Liability
PRINTAIA is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We strive for high production quality, but we do not guarantee the absolute perfection of every print job.
5. Changes to Terms
PRINTAIA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our platform or by email to registered users.
